Nvm shall talk about yesterday's training...
Fall in very late...at around 4.20, cos need go
Wang Jian's remedial zz....
So by that time is PT liao, so faster change and went to
Fitness Corner... from there, did 50 pumping, 50 sit ups
15 diamond and 20 spider...
Then we started to run...
1st 2 rounds, then suddenly pump 100...
then 2 rounds again, pump 50....
This carried on for a long time....
By the time training over, we did:
1)300+ pumping
2)100+ sit ups
3)run 14 rounds
4)100 counts of 8 jumping jacks
Which explains why my whole body aching today...
quite 凶, but at least i didnt fall out...
So i quite zai LOL
NCC Land so slack, run 4 rounds then play soccer...
If we keep doing this... our fitness will own N Land lar(no offense)
Next week got training... we will run 20 rounds...
But sadly i going Sec 2 camp...
